What size are your courtesy cars/?
Grade A (less than 2 years old) - Ford Fiesta or similar
Yes, Your driving licence if you are going to use a courtesy car. It could save you some time if you have your vehicle insurance documents with you inc. your policy number and company telephone number.
Do I need to bring any documentation?
The cost for a verbal quote is free, the cost for a written estimate is £40+ VAT which is refundable upon the completion of your repair with us.

Unfortunately not. Even a relatively minor bump can result in unexpected unseen damage, we really need to see and inspect the vehicle.

When repairs have been completed and prior to collection. Payment is made to us, the repairer
Only if you are a VAT registered Company or individual, then you will be required to pay the VAT element of the total repair bill prior to collection to us, the repairer.
