In most case yes, courtesy cars can supplied by P&H Body Repairs for the duration of the repair, including:
- If your insurance company supports courtesy cars (check your documentation as not all insurance companies do)
- If the accident was not your fault, we may be able to arrange a replacement like-for-like vehicle.
- In the event of your car being a total loss you may be entitled to a courtesy car for a short period of time (ask our staff for details)

Yes, Your driving licence if you are going to use a courtesy car. It could save you some time if you have your vehicle insurance documents with you including your policy number and company telephone number.
The cost for a verbal quote is free, the cost for a written estimate is £40+ VAT which is refundable upon the completion of your repair with us.
Unfortunately not. Even a relatively minor bump can result in unexpected unseen damage, we really need to see and inspect the vehicle.
We accept all cards including AMEX. Payment is made to us, when repairs have been completed and your vehicle is being collected.
Only if you are a VAT registered Company or individual, then you will be required to pay the VAT element of the total repair bill prior to collection to us, the repairer.
